Highly recommend Pleasant View Smiles. From my initial phone call with John to set up the appointment, to the moment I walked back out the door—-it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere wasn’t anything like your typical Dentist office. Such a refreshing change and relaxing environment. Lauren was very thorough with the entire X-ray and cleaning procedure and Dr Hadley delivered insight and expertise to my questions and concerns during the exam.
The perfect combination of personal and professional. Left me looking forward to my next appointment.

Professional and courteous staff. I've had a lot of work done over the years by various dentists and Dr. Hadley and his staff are the best I've ever seen! My only wish is that he could be in the Pleasant View office more often.

My husband is terrified of dentist. This is the first time he actually made his own appointment for his next trip. They actually listened to him. He was able to explain how he felt, what he wanted, and they didn't act like car salesmen. He was happy. So I am HAPPY.

We have been going here since we moved to TN 10 years ago. Although they have switched dentists about 5 times in those years , we have never had a bad experience. The hygienists are all very nice , the dentists go out of their way to explain any questions or procedures and they Dont try to push unnecessary treatment or products on you. We will continue to use them for years to come !

All of the staff at Pleasant View Smiles is so friendly and professional! They do an amazing job cleaning teeth, and carefully explain any problems and solutions for problems with teeth. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new dentist!

John and Jana my hygienist were top notch! Very friendly and great customer service!! The new dentist was enjoyable as well and he put in a new filling in quickly and I never felt a thing and did not even need to be numb.

This facility and its staff have provided my family and I superb service for 18 years. The staff are always courteous and professional.

Jana , my hygienist was very personable and welcoming.
She made you feel like you had known her for a long period of time and it was my first visit with here. She done a great job with my teeth cleaning as well!

I highly recommend this dentist office and there staff.
