Meet the Team At East Side Smiles our team members are what make this office so special and such a great place to work. Dr. Hadley is very proud of the care the team shows for every patient young and old. We are all involved in continuing education throughout the year to improve technical skills as well as customer service. We currently employ one hygienist, two assistants, one patient coordinator, and one business manager all trained to help each other in many different aspects. Working together, our team makes East Side Smiles a great place for comprehensive dental care. Erika is our patient coordinator, and is one of the smiling faces at the front desk. Heather is our business manager and would love to tell you about how Dr. Hadley changed her smile. They will most likely answer the phone when you call, and they are both available to answer any questions about insurance or financial obligations. Jessica and Kim are Dr. Hadley'’s chair-side assistants. They are extremely skilled in the clinical aspects of dental treatment, and keep Dr. Hadley in check.
